Support
Long Game helps you quit gaming, take a 7, 14 or 30-day break, or cut back to a weekly budget. It locks the games on your phone for the hours you choose, gives you the Room to sit with an urge for a minute instead of opening a game, and asks you one honest question each night about how the day went.
Need to talk to someone now?
Long Game isn't a crisis service. If you're in danger or struggling, these people can help right now. Free, confidential, any time.

Contact us
Email hello@uselonggame.com. A real person reads every message, usually within a day.
In the app, Settings › Contact us has Email us, Report a problem (which adds your app version and iPhone model so we can look into it) and Suggest something.
Your subscription
Cancel or change it. Apple manages Long Game's subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Long Game, or in Long Game open Settings › Account › Membership. Cancel at least 24 hours before your free week or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it with Apple as well.
Restore your purchase. On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple Account in the App Store, then tap Restore purchases on the paywall, or Settings › Account › Restore purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your record
Export everything. Settings › Export everything gives you two files to keep: a readable text file (each night with its answer and hours, your routines, your reason and what you want back) and a JSON file with everything Long Game holds for your account.
Delete your account. Settings › Account › Delete my account. Long Game shows you exactly what will go and offers an export first. Then you hold to confirm and prove it's you, with Apple or a fresh code by email. Your account and everything in it are removed from our servers, and Long Game is cleared from your iPhone. It can't be undone.
New phone? Install Long Game, sign in the same way you did before (Apple or the same email), and your days, rank and routines come back. App locks and your Screen Time picks stay with each phone, so you'll choose those again.
Questions
Can Long Game see my console or PC?
No. No phone app can. Each night you tell Oracle what you played, on any screen, and your answer is the record. Screen Time only fills in the games on your phone.
Is my Screen Time data uploaded?
No. Your Screen Time data, the games you lock and the person you choose never leave your iPhone. Apple's Screen Time draws your phone's hours inside Long Game, and even the app itself can't read them back.
What happens if I play past my plan?
That night is a checkpoint. It doesn't count, and nothing else is taken away. Your days stay, and your rank never drops.
Does Long Game show ads or sell my data?
No ads, and we never sell your data. Our analytics only show where people stop in onboarding and on the paywall. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
I didn't get my sign-in code.
Check your spam folder, then tap Send a new code (you can ask once a minute). Each code works for ten minutes. It comes from code@mail.uselonggame.com.
I signed in and my record isn't there.
Sign in the same way you did before. Apple and email can be separate accounts. If it still isn't there, email us.
Does the Room work without internet?
Yes. The Room works offline.
Why do I need an account?
So your record is backed up and follows you to a new phone or a reinstall. Your account holds your check-ins and plan, never your Screen Time data.
